日日健康實驗室
賽馬會“創不同”社會創新實驗室於2022年夏天走進深水埗及大角咀社區，開展“日日健康實驗室”。本著公眾參與、共創和創新實驗精神，通過行為研究和社區資源的創意運用，築建以人為本的基層健康發展新想像。
Jockey Club Make a Difference Social Lab brings a new lab “Healthy Go Round” to the Sham Shui Po and Tai Kok Tsui community in the summer of 2022. In the spirit of community engagement, co-creation and innovative experiments, breaking new ground by building human-centric primary healthcare through behavioural research and creative use of community resources.

A Self Discovery Journey
《聊．傷》— 從關係中找回自我
輕風劃過皮膚，柔和的微光進入眼簾，一呼一吸空氣流動，身體與心靈連結的一瞬間，感覺每個零散的我組件歸回最原始最流動的我。
身體如實紀錄每個傷痕，如感知回到身體，釋放身體的烙印；我試圖努力去尋找丟失的另一半去完整自我，越渴望回報，落空就成了痛苦之源。
愛情是一個人的事，療傷也是。不用批判自己作出的一切選擇，來好好回看和告別過去的一切經歷。 <聊．傷 — 從關係中找回自我>文學互動展覽，邀請了身在不同地方的香港詩人和藝術家，透過文字與五感體驗和大家一同放下傷痕，重新感受活著的心跳與溫度。家計會賽馬會青Zone活動及資源館內的大量性教育藏書同時也有常設的性教育互動裝置，讓你更透切地了解自己，擁抱生命中的每個進程。聊傷就能療傷，讓身心靈來聊一聊，集結能量再共同前進。

尋找大象
《尋找大象 》是以「社區聲音地圖集 Community Sound Mapping」去進行
地區的行動研究 – 計劃、行動、觀察、反省；期望以「大象」作為引旨，走進社區，邀請街坊一同去尋找這隻看不見的「大象」。
創作團隊以六區：九龍城、葵涌、粉嶺、馬灣、 坪洲及南丫島為據點，從小城到小島，將以關注現代人的身心健康為切入，以計劃扣問「留低的意願」。
Project Details:
The programme aims at raising the awareness of physical and mental health of
modern people by carrying out community sound mapping in six districts,
i.e. Kowloon City, Kwai Chung, Fanling, Ma Wan, Lamma Island and Peng Chau.
